Defective Products

Corporations have an obligation to make reasonably safe products that do not injure consumers. They cannot put profits ahead of people. As individuals we have a right to know the products we use are safe.

We have extensive litigation experience with drugs, vaccines, medical devices, tools and household goods. When possible we seek to have the product changed and consumers notified of the defect.
